These items aren't probably in game, judging from their names (itm_stubX.png) in game files. They were probably placeholders used during development. There are better looking versions of comb (Comb of the Loom Mother), statue (Statue of a Sightless Man) and ring (Tortoise Band) used in game. Ring and shirt can been seen in Relic reward on Kickstarter.
