Camp is where you manage your caravan. During travel you can enter camp at any time by clicking the "camp" button on the HUD.
Click "leave" at the bottom of the camp site when you're ready to get back to the road.
Heroes[edit | edit source]
While at camp or in towns you can upgrade your allies or equip items in the Heroes tent. Be sure to Promote while you can to make the most out of each fight. Not upgrading or leveling your units will be cause for disaster.
Party is the area to assemble your party. They will take combat turns in the order assigned here, from left to right.
The Roster area is where you can make a party by dragging heroes into the Party slots above. Once you are ready, simply click the Ready button.
To equip Items simply drag the item you wish to the character above. Keep in mind that some items are level dependent (as to the number beneath) and your character will need that level or higher to be able to use it.
Resting[edit | edit source]
You can pass time by using the "Rest" tent. Each passing Day will consume Supplies, so only Rest when necessary. Resting has two uses:
- It improves the caravan's Morale. A high Morale will reduce casualties in War and affect your units' Willpower in Battles.
- It will heal Injured Heroes, thus removing the Strength penalty applied.
Training[edit | edit source]
The Training tent will allow you to safely try out any characters in a mock battle. It will allow you to test your party against a team of clansmen of equal power. Training fights never injure your allies or grant renown, but they do grant you kills and let you test strategies in safety.
Map[edit | edit source]
Not always, but sometimes you'll have a chance to view the Map while in The Camp mode. This allows for strategic planning, and to see where your travels are taking you.
Market[edit | edit source]
Often times in cities and in villages, you'll be able to access The Market, which will be available to purchase Items and supplies with Renown. Note that your Characters must match the level or be higher than the Item before trying to equip them with it.
